A word to describe me when I am competing: Bold
My most memorable athletic moment was: Winning the 800 at indoor conference as a sophomore over the eventual national runner-up
What I like most about Emory: Academic and social diversity - you can learn a lot just by living here

Favorite pro athlete: Haile Gebrselassie & Dwyayne Wade - I couldn't choose
The sports teams I followed when I was younger: Orlando Magic ... what a mistake
My favorite class at Emory and why: Military Ethics (Phil 235)- the teacher was amazing and it was a very informative and interesting class
The people who have helped me most at Emory are and why: Kenneth Murrah '55C, '58L- very respectable and generous person who has guided many people towards Emory
Any pre-meet/competition rituals: Be awake three hours before a race, even if it means waking up at 4 am

What is something that very few, if any, people know about you: I was adopted
