Senior (2007):
Schill emerged as a key player for the Eagles during his senior season with the team, setting personal bests in almost every offensive category. The co-captain finished the year batting .282 with two home runs, 20 runs batted in and 15 runs scored. Schill was named the Most Valuable Player of the Rawlings Southern Classic, batting .417 with three doubles and four RBIs during the three games. The first baseman played in 43 games for the Eagles, making 26 starts during the season. He did not commit an error at first base all season long, and finished his Emory career with the best fielding percentage in school history (.994). Schill helped the Eagles to a win against Maryville College (Tenn.) on April 24th, going two-for-four in the game with a double and four RBIs.
Junior (2006):
Schill appeared in 28 contests for the Eagles this season, batting .393, which led the team. He recorded 11 hits on the year, as well as seven runs and five RBI. Against Salisbury College (Md.) in the NCAA tournament he finished 3-4 with two RBI and one run scored.
Sophomore (2005):
Sophomore first baseman started five
games and had 39 plate appearances. Had two hits April 19
versus Huntingdon College (Ala.).
Freshman (2004):
Schill earned his first collegiate
hit as a pinch hitter, March 10 against Case Western Reserve
(Ohio). In 14 games, he batted .200 (2-for-10) with one run
scored and one RBI.
