Senior (2004):

The senior earned all-region honors for the first time, finishing seventh out of 143 runners at the NCAA regional meet. He improved his times dramatically this season, lowering his season average time by more than three minutes compared to last season. He ran a career best time of 26 minutes and 18 seconds at the NCAA pre-national meet. High's 1023 wins and .746 winning percentage were third best on the team. His win total this season is more than triple his win total for the last three seasons combined. He finished among the top four runners for the Eagles in every meet this season. He was named the team's Most Improved Runner.

Junior (2003):

High ran a career-best time of 29 minutes at the Southeastern Classic. His highest finish came at the Georgia Collegiate Championships where he placed 66th out of 116 runners.

Freshman (2001)

He ran a season best time of 30 minutes and 46 seconds at the Georgia State Invitational. His highest finish came at the Sewannee Invitational where he placed 51st out of 70 runners.
