Sophomore (2006):

McFarland finished second on the team in scoring in 2006, registering five goals and a career-best five assists for 15 points during the year.  The forward was named to the Academic All-District team in his first year of eligibility for the honor.  McFarland recorded his second career hat-trick on September 9th, scoring three goals against the seventh-ranked College of New Jersey.  He became the seventh player in school history to record more than one hat trick over his career.  McFarland finished second on the team with four game-winning assists.  He played in all 17 games for Emory, making 13 starts for the Eagles.

Freshman (2005):

McFarland finished his freshman season tied for second on the team with nine goals, and third on the team with 21 points.  McFarland appeared in all 19 Emory games during the season.  The forward took 35 shots, 24 of which were on goal.  McFarland scored the game-winning goal against conference rival Washington University (Mo.).
