Freshman (2007):
Scannapieco was the leading scorer amongst all Emory freshmen, recording five goals for 10 points during the season. He finished the 2007 campaign tied for third on the team in goals, and sixth on the team in points. Scannapieco appeared in 15 games for the Eagles, coming off the bench in each one and taking 12 shots during the season, seven of which were on goal. The forward turned in a two-goal performance during the Eagles’ 8-0 win over the University of the South (Tenn.).

Prior to Emory:
Played for four seasons on the New Hope Solebury High School soccer team, serving as the team's captain during his sophomore, junior and senior seasons... Was the team's leading goal scorer from 2003-06... Was his team's Most Valuable Player in 2003 and 2005... Named the MVP of the Bicentennial League in 2006... An All-State selection in 2006... Coached by Euren Ascal in high school... Also played for the Deep Run Rage club soccer team... Played lacrosse and tennis and ran track in high school.
