Senior (2006-07):
Callam earned three All-America honors during the 2006-07 season, giving him nine over his Emory career, the seventh-best total in school history. The senior recorded three of the top-10 times in school history in the 50-free during the season, and finishes his time at Emory with each of the top-five times in the event. Callam also earned All-America honorable mentions in the 200-free relay and the 100-free. He was the University Athletic Association (UAA) Champion in three events, and led all Emory swimmers with six All-UAA honors. Callam scored 228 points for the Eagles last season, the seventh-best total on the squad.
Junior (2005-06):
Callam, a junior, earned All-America honors for the third consecutive season. He earned two All-America certificates and three All-America Honorable Mention honors. His All-America certificates were earned with his fourth place finish in the 800-yard freestyle and his fifth place finish in the 200-yard medley relay. Callam earned four All-Conference honors this year including the title of Conference Champion in two events. Callam earned the title of Conference Champion with wins in the 200-yard freestyle relay and the 400-yard medley relay
Sophomore (2004-05):
Callam, a sophomore, earned All-America
honors for the second consecutive season. This season he earned
three All-American certificates--400-yard medley relay and
as a member of the 200- and 400-yard freestyle relays. Callam
also earned an All-Conference certificate this year as a member
of the 400-free relay team. Callam finished seventh out of
40 competitors in points scored in dual and championship meets
this season.
Freshman (2003-04):
Freshman Andrew Callam earned All-America
honors as a member of the 400-yard freestyle relay, which
finished third at the national championships. Callam also
received All-America honorable mention honors by finishing
16th in the 100-yard freestyle. His time of 46.69 seconds
in the 100 free makes him the fourth-fastest individual in
that event in school history. Callam swam a leg on the conference
champion 200-yard freestyle relay.
