Finished fourth in the 3,000-meter run (9:32.19) at the Sewanee Indoor Invitational, a career-best time and a top-twenty Emory time for the season…Recorded a top-twenty Emory time for the season and a personal-best time in the 5,000-meter run (16:28.77) at the Tiger Indoor Invitational.
Prior To Emory:
Earned four letters in track and field at Bronxville High School ... Was coached by Jim Mitchell ... Served as team captain his senior season (2004) ... Best time in the mile run was 4:32 and his best showing in the 800 meters was 2:01 .... Was the sectional champ in the mile and two-mile competitions ...
