Senior (2007):
Closed out his collegiate career serving as captain of the team ... finished with a 5-1 singles record, 3-0 at the No. 6 position and 2-1 in ITA competition ... Posted a 9-4 mark in doubles action.

Junior (2006):
Friedman finished 4-1 in singles play and 2-1 in doubles.  He was 3-1 in ITA matches and 1-0 at the No. 6 position. 

Sophomore (2005):
Friedman compiled a 7-1 record in singles. His only loss was to an opponent from an NCAA Division I school. He was 4-0 in doubles, all with Hardy Ehlers. The sophomore earned his first varsity letter.

Freshman (2004):
Won only singles match, 6-1, 6-0, against Piedmont (Ga.) March 21.

Prior to Emory:

Was a four-year member of the Adlai E. Stevens High School tennis team... Served as the captain of the team his senior year... Was a second-team all-state and first-team all-academic player his junior and senior years... Named to the all-conference first team his sophomore, junior and seniors years... Named an AP Scholar with distinction his senior year... Played under coach John Linnenburger... Ranked number one is boy's 18's in Chicago in 2002... Ranked number 66 in the nation in boy's 14's in 2000.
