Quote:

"Emory softball is simply another example of how well this university challenges me as a person. It is a mistaken notion that intellectual, emotional, and mental growing only takes place in the classroom because on the field -- again and again -- my coaches and teammates have demanded new levels of excellence from me. Part of our philosophy as a team applies to the university's philosophy: you cannot achieve greatness unless you demand it."
