Freshman (2004):

Emory’s starting second baseman in her freshman year, Wald batted .308 in 42 games with 28 runs scored (fourth on the team) and 12 RBI. She led Emory in triples (three), was third in stolen bases (perfect in eight attempts), fifth in walks (nine) and was tied for fifth in multi-hit games (nine). Wald had at least two in hits in five of her first six games as a collegian.
