Quote:
"For me, running at Emory is
more than just a hobby, more than a sport I do for fun; it
has become a lifestyle. I spend at least 20 hours a week with
these girls; they're like family. Getting up to run at 6:45
am is no longer a chore, it's a natural part of each morning.
The races are no longer nerve-racking events that I dread
each weekend; they're an exciting way to track my progress
throughout the season. When you love a sport, love a team
as much as we do and make the sacrifices that we make for
each other, it's hard to see what we do as anything less than
a lifestyle."
