Junior
(2004):
Junior forward Jenna Kereiakes earned
all-conference honors for the second straight year, as she
was named to the all-conference second team. Kereiakes led
the Eagles in goals (7) and was second in points (18). She
was one of four Eagles to score at least four points in a
game as she had a goal and two assists against Piedmont (Ga.).
Kereiakes continues to move up the Emory career leaderboards,
as she is sixth in career goals (28) and eighth in career
points (67).
Sophomore
(2003):
Sophomore forward Jenna Kereiakes
was selected to the all-region second team and the all-conference
first team. She led the Eagles in points (26), goals (12),
shots (54), and shots on goal (30), despite missing four games
due to injury. It is her second consecutive season leading
the team in points, goals, and shots on goal. Kereiakes is
tied for seventh in Emory history with a career goal total
of 21. She was chosen as the conference "Athlete of the
Week" on Sept. 29.
Freshman
(2002):
Jenna Kereiakes led the team in goals
and points despite starting just 11 of the team's 20 games.
Her three game-winning goals on the season tied for second
on the team. She was second in the conference in goals scored
during conference play. Kereiakes had two five-point games
on the season, including one against Wesleyan (Ga.) where
she recorded three assists, most by an Eagle in the last two
years. Toward the end of the season, Kereiakes scored a goal
in five straight games. One of the five led to a tie against
New York, the conference champion, and another helped Emory
defeat Savannah Art & Design (Ga.) in the NCAA national
tournament.
