Senior (2004-05):

Senior Leigh Campbell earned All-America honors in four events at the NCAA championships. Campbell is one of five swimmers in school history to earn three or more All-America honors in individual events in the same year at the national meet, and the fourth to do it at the national meet in two different years. Campbell swam a leg on the national championship 800-yard freestyle relay team. Campbell finished third, fourth and seventh respectively in the 500-, 1650-, and 200-yard freestyle events, This is the fourth consecutive year that Campbell has made All-America in the 1650-yard freestyle event. Campbell is the first individual in Emory history to earn All-America honors in the same individual event all four years. Her career All-America awards total 16, which is the second most in school history. Campbell was the conference champion in the 1650-yard freestyle event. Campbell won the team's Most Competitive Performer award. Campbell was fifth on the team out of 39 competitors in points scored in dual and championship meets.

Junior (2003-04):

Junior Leigh Campbell earned All-America honors in the 1650-yard freestyle for the third consecutive year. Her fourth-place finish in the 1650 at the NCAA nationals increased her career All-America total to 12, the third most in school history. Campbell also received All-America honorable mention recognition in the 500-yard freestyle.

Sophomore (2002-03):

Leigh Campbell, a sophomore, finished third in the 1650-yard freestyle at the NCAA championships. She was one of three Eagles to earn All-America status in that event this season. Her time of 17:09.70 makes her the third-fastest individual in the 1650 freestyle in school history. She turned in the fourth-fastest time in school history in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:07.45, which placed her 10th in the event at the NCAA meet. Campbell is tied for the third most career All-America citations in school history with 11. Campbell finished the season with the fourth most points scored among the 33 Emory swimmers in dual and championship meets. She was named the conference Athlete of the Week for her performance the weeks of November 11-17 and January 13-19. Campbell was honored as the team's Most Competitive Performer.

Freshman (2001-02):

Campbell became the first Emory swimmer to earn the maximum seven All-America citations in one year. She did so by finishing in the top eight in three individual and four relay events at the NCAA national championships. The freshman was second in the 400-yard individual medley, fifth in the 500-yard freestyle and sixth in the 1650-yard freestyle. Campbell set school records this season in the 400 IM and 1000-yard freestyle. She already ranks among the 10 fastest individuals in school history in eight events.
