Senior (2004-05):

Inserra, a senior, earned six All-America honors -- two individual and four relay events -- at the NCAA national championships. Inserra tied the school record for most All-America awards earned in one year. She placed fifth in both the 200-yard freestyle and 200-yard butterfly events at the national championships. Inserra was one of four swimmers that won the national championship on Emory's 800-yard freestyle relay. Inserra has a career total of 10 All-America certificates, which is the ninth highest in Emory history. Inserra was second on the team out of 39 competitors in points scored in dual and championship meets.

Junior (2003-04):

Inserra, a junior, earned All-America honors by placing fifth in the 200-yard butterfly at the national championships. She was also a member of the All-American 400-yard medley and 800-yard freestyle relays. Inserra received All-America honorable mention by finishing 11th in the 100-yard fly. Her time in that event was the fastest time on the team this season. Inserra was second in both butterfly events at the conference championships. She is the second-fastest individual in school history in the 200 fly.

Sophomore (2002-03):

Inserra earned All-America honorable mention honors in two individual butterfly events. She finished 10th in the 100-yard butterfly and 14th in the 200-yard butterfly at the NCAA national meet. She also placed 45th in the 500-yard freestyle at nationals. Inserra was 11th on the team in points.

Freshman (2001-02):

Inserra swam a leg on the 800-yard freestyle relay that finished second at the NCAA national championships to attain All-America status. She ranked seventh among the team's 37 competitors for points scored in dual and championship meets this season. Inserra's career-best times place her among the 10 fastest individuals in the Emory all-time record book in six events.
