Sophomore (2006-07):

Competed in eight-different events for the Eagles during her sophomore season.  She earned All-America honorable mentions for her performance in the 100-backstroke and 200-backstroke during the 2007 NCAA Championships.  At the University Athletic Association (UAA) Championship meet, she was the conference champion in the 100-backstroke and earned All-UAA honors in the 200-medley relay and 100-backstroke.  Axtell scored 158 points during meets for the Eagles throughout the season, the 11th-best total on the team.

Freshman (2005-06):

Axtell, a freshman, qualified for her first NCAA Division III national championship this season.  At nationals she earned an All-America Honorable Mention honor with her 16th place finish in the 200-yard backstroke competition.
