Sophomore (2006-07):

Gunning earned the first all-America honor of her career in the 1,650 freestyle after finishing sixth in the event at the NCAA Division III Championship meet.  She also received an all-America honorable mention in the 500 freestyle.  She was an all-University Athletic Association performer in the 1,650 freestyle as well.  Gunning competed in freestyle events of all distances throughout her sophomore season, earning 191 points for the Eagles, the ninth-best total on the squad. 

Freshman (2005-06):

Gunning, a freshman, qualified for her first NCAA Division III national championship this season.  At nationals she earned two All-America Honorable Mention honors with her 9th place finish in the 1650-yard freestyle competition and her 14th place finish in the 500-yard freestyle competition.  Gunning also earned an All-Conference honor in the 800-yard freestyle relay.
