Sophomore (2006-07):

Holmes was part of the Eagles’ University Athletic Association Championship 200-freestyle relay team, and earned UAA honors in the 50 freestyle, 200-medley relay and 400-freestyle relay.  She competed in the 50-, 100- and 200-freestyle relay throughout her sophomore season for the Eagles, earning 197.25 points, the eighth-best total on the squad.  

Freshman (2005-06):

Holmes, a freshman, earned her first All-America certificate this season with her third place finish in the 200-yard freestyle relay.  She also earned two All-America Honorable Mention honors.  Holmes earned All-Conference honors in five events this season including the title of Conference Champion in four events.  She earned these titles with wins in the 100-yard freestyle competition, the 200-yard freestyle relay, the 400-yard freestyle relay, and the 400-yard medley relay
