Freshman (2006-07):

Was a member of the Eagles’ University Athletic Association (UAA) Champion 200-freestyle relay team.  She also earned all-UAA honors 100-yard butterfly and as part of the 400-freestyle relay team.  Ciardelli competed in six different events during her freshman season, earning 237 points, the third-best total on the team.

Prior to Emory :

Participated on a club swim team in high school, where she served as the team captain during her senior year... Was the New Hampshire State Champion and record holder in the 100- and 500-freestyle, the 100-butterfly and as part of the medley relay team... Was a top-10 New England Swimmer... Coached by Brian King in high school... Also participated in crew in high school, earning varsity letters from her sophomore through senior years.

Born August 22, 1988... Brother Anthony Ciardelli plays baseball at Occidental College (Calif.).
