Entry Procedures:
Alphabetical team rosters (including all possible participants) shall be submitted to John Curtin at Emory University no later than Oct. 19, 2008 as per the UAA Code of Conduct.

Rosters should include the athlete's name, year in school, hometown/state and high school.

We request that rosters be emailed to Coach Curtin at jcurtin@emory.edu

Final declarations will be made at the starting line prior to the start of each race.

Mandatory Coaches Meeting:
A mandatory coaches meeting will be held Friday Oct. 31st, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. at the Hawthorne Suites & Golf Resort (1659 Centennial Olympic Parkway).

Packet Pick-up:
Packets will be distributed at the mandatory coaches meeting. All pertinent meet information will be covered and starting box assignments will be distributed.

Championship T-shirts:
Teams wishing to order UAA Championship t-shirts should submit their order with their team rosters no later than October 19th. The shirt will be an Asics technical fiber t-shirt in sizes extra small through extra large. The design will be three color and they will sell for $14.00. Pre-orders are appreciated as only a limited number will be available for sale at the event.

Results:
Unofficial results will be posted at the course immediately following the race. One copy of the official results will be made available to the head coaches at the banquet and awards ceremony once they are confirmed. Results will also be posted that afternoon on the www.go.emory.edu website: click on Men's or Women's Cross Country, then click on schedule.

Course/Course Inspection:
Color-coded course maps are included in the "Course Maps" section of this website. The course will be available for inspection Friday Oct. 31st from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please make your travel plans to allow you to view the course during these allotted times only. The course will be in use the morning of the race for high school regional races.

Athletic Training:
Please refer to the "Medical Services" section of this website for details. A trainer will be on-site during the course preview from 1:00 p.m. till 5:00 p.m. on Oct. 31st.

Shower Facilities:
There are no shower facilities at the Cross Country Course. As Emory University is not near the course, it's recommended you make arrangements with your hotel for a "late check-out" and shower there.
